I DO BELIEVE KING GEORGE IS SMILING DOWN ON ALL THIS. THE GEORGE WHO PEOPLE CAME TO THIS LAND TO ESCAPE THIS TYPE OF INJUSTICE NOT THE ONE DOWN TOWN IGNORING IT ALL. HERE IS MS. KELO, AFTER THE OBCENE DECISION HANDED DOWN BY THE U.S. SUPREME COURT, IN FRONT OF THAT SAME HOME SHE ONLY STILL HAS A THREAD-HOLD ON. BEAUTIFUL HOME...ISN'T IT? THERE'S A DECK SHE BUILT ON THE BACK TOO.

U.S.SUPREME COURT CONCLUDES IN EMINENT DOMAIN CASE PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS MAY TAKE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER!

THE RULING CAME DOWN TODAY, JUNE 23, 2005, FROM THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT THAT A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL MAY TAKE THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL IF THEY PLAN TO BUILD "UPPER END", MONEY MAKING, TAX REVENUE INDUCING USE OF SAID PROPERTY.
JUSTICE SANDRA O'CONNOR APPEARED TO BE THE ONLY JUSTICE WITH VISION AND A SENSE OF JUSTICE AND THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION WITH HER STATEMENT AND VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS CASE.

THE FOLKS IN NEW LONDON, CT., WHO SHOULD BE LIVING PEACEFULLY AND ENJOYING THEIR HOMES AND FAMILIES AND HISTORIC ORIGINS IN SOME CASES, ARE NOW THROWN INTO CHAOS A YOUNG-GUN FAMILY WOULD FIND OVERWHELMING.

Michael Jackson, Steroids, "Deep Throat" Headlines? Anyone Know About Eminent Domain Abuse? YOU SHOULD!

Can someone tell me where the head, and I mean the HEAD (brain, eyes, ears, ectc.), of the news media is located?
We have local governments abusing the 5th admendment "eminent domain" act, taking property and homes from private citizens and giving it to other private citizens who are worth 5 to 10 million dollars, to build high end business centers and upper class homes and up-end malls so the state, counties and all the other local lowdowns can gain bucco money from various taxes, fees and all those othe lowdown costs taken from pockets. And I don't hear, see or read ANYTHING ABOUT IT on the NEWS!!
I'll be back with a more concise picture of this soon. But PEOPLE?...Folks are being thrown out of their homes! Families, some of which have been in said home for over 100 years!...YES...the same family. Ya don't see that anymore here.
Young families, retired couples living out their lives in the home they've always known for most of their lives are being booted out by greedy bastards.
The home can be in like-new condition but under this "eminent domain" abuse it can be tagged as "Condemned", unlivable, dangerous etc. And I'm not speaking of homes with folks who need better housing...so called "blighted" areas. What these local governments are doing IS ILLEGAL! Washington's Congress and White House are turning a blind eye to this. Tell you anything? They are taking these homes due to LOCATION! In New London, CT the homes they are trying to take sit on a river. Tell you anything? Well I will!
There ARE great, fantastic, wonderful people in Washington, D.C....Check 'em out! My last hope for sanity in this country is The Supreme Court of The United States! I read some transcipts of the presentation made by the attorney's for the Institue for Justice and even the Justices' of the Bench seem perplexed by this question and took the case concerning New London, CT. And folks?...They don't take just any case. If Ms. Kelo loses...there will be NO RECOURSE for future unfortunate's who's home's are seized for building malls, business parks, etc to make more money.
